My one meal a day diet will shed weight and build muscle



Today one meal a day :

2x 12 ounce chicken breast

Chicken breast sauce :
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Mac nut oil
5 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 grams salt


Dessert:
2 pears
2 apples
1 pound blueberries
8 ounce glass pineapple juice


Approx 1800 calories 160 protein
