I'm recovering from A herniated disc and it's been quite the battle since the start. Initially I was in excruciating pain and crippled to a daily life challenge. I couldn't do much or function due to the lost of range of motion , the pain I was in & the severe swelling inflammation I experienced:With trial and error , stretching , medication & perseverance I have recovered tremendously . I am 5-6/10 from what I was before the injury.

My core routine 3x A week consists of Glute Bridges , Bird Dogs , Swimmers & Superman's. I will add in planks soon as I feel it's ok to do so.

I will never touch A deadlift , bent over row & or good morning ever again  I'm hoping I'lll be able to barbell / dumbbell squat & leg press one day

Right hip labral tear with reactive stress fracture of the femoral neck. Helicopter fast ropes are no bueno!
Still actively recovering 3 years after surgery. Finally under 10 minute / miles and can run almost 2.5 miles with no pain. Squats and deadlifts are no where near what they used to be.

Will probably be in surgery for my shoulder next year. Also have a labral tear after a combative patient interaction. Who knows how long that recovery will take - but currently doing strength/conditioning to alleviate some of the recovery on the back end.

Shoulder pain

Went away after not doing presses for like 3 years
