I'm recovering from A herniated disc and it's been quite the battle since the start. Initially I was in excruciating pain and crippled to a daily life challenge. I couldn't do much or function due to the lost of range of motion , the pain I was in & the severe swelling inflammation I experienced:With trial and error , stretching , medication & perseverance I have recovered tremendously . I am 5-6/10 from what I was before the injury.
My core routine 3x A week consists of Glute Bridges , Bird Dogs , Swimmers & Superman's. I will add in planks soon as I feel it's ok to do so.
I will never touch A deadlift , bent over row & or good morning ever again

I'm hoping I'lll be able to barbell / dumbbell squat & leg press one day
