Your personal opinion -

If you see someone lift/pull an exceptional weight, which lift is most impressive?

Someone pulling a slow steady nosebleed-inducing deadlift?
Someone with impeccable form doing a complete squat with proper depth?
Someone pressing several times more their BW on the bench?
Someone throwing a silly amount of weight above their heads in any fashion?



All variations - all standards - no specific criteria for the poll - just which of the 4 impresses you most when someone does something amazing on one.

It's all impressive, but I'd say its a tight race between squat and deadlift for me.

Watching a huge squat, especially with a solid walkout, is almost equally as impressive as a massive pull.

I do like watching a heavy bench with equipped lifters, and OHP is just like watching someone do an accessory movement. Not really that great.

Anything above 160kg I’m hurting

For me it's deadlift(conventional) and log press. I'm more impressed by raw power than I am with technique.

this clp isn't really fair because it has kyriakos grizzly in it but I wanted to defend my heavy set bros
