@op, don’t eat only 1000 calories per day unless you’re actively on a mini cut and know what the hell you’re doing. Take it slow, cut your fat intake down to 20-25% of your caloric needs, eat adequate protein, and adjust carbohydrates to put yourself into a small “2-500” calorie deficit. Take your time, don’t rush it, and don’t listen to people that sell snake oil diets like Keto and Paleo.
