lol. People don't really eat 1k/day unless it's for a short term cut.

And in the short term, you can do anything.

It's because you are craving carbs and sugar because that is what your body is used to for fuel.
This is why fat people still get ravenously hungry despite having plenty of fuel already stored on there body.
Switch to a fat based diet and your body start consuming fat for fuel.
This way it will start eating the fat you have stored for fuel.
Then you can go for several day w/o eating and also have zero hunger.
I do it all the time and never get hungry.

I'm still testing dirty for weed after not smoking since may...

The water diet may go into affect... this is absolutely insane...

Something has to change.
I can't eat anymore fat it just sticks to it.

I’m not surprised you recommended this shit diet. Keto is for a very niche population that benefits from the active synthesis of GABA in patients with epilepsy and other seizure disorders.

You can’t melt fat off your body. Jesus, your stupidity transcends so many different avenues.

@op, don’t eat only 1000 calories per day unless you’re actively on a mini cut and know what the hell you’re doing. Take it slow, cut your fat intake down to 20-25% of your caloric needs, eat adequate protein, and adjust carbohydrates to put yourself into a small “2-500” calorie deficit. Take your time, don’t rush it, and don’t listen to people that sell snake oil diets like Keto and Paleo.

Keto wasn't originally invented for the mass public. If I recall correctly it was for epileptics to avoid seizures.

Some of the science behind it is very interesting. Just like fasting. It IS effective for weight loss, but most people have a difficult time sticking to that diet because it is quite unforgiving with how little carbs you're allowed to get in a day and how breaking ketosis just fucks you up. Keto flu also sucks and feeling like shit when dieting is the best way to make sure you don't stick to the diet.

If you're looking to lose weight, I'd recommend intermittent fasting over keto. It's very easy to do, much more forgiving with what you can eat. Far more flexible with the length of fasting periods and the principle of it also helps cutting out the frequent snacks that many people have that dramatically increase your daily caloric intake without really noticing.
