Yeah I was gonna work out today but I keep doing full body and cardio couldn't do it.. prob tomorrow.
I mean as long as you’re moving. Once you find a workout routine you like/stick to it makes things easier. A healthy 2 lb loss a week will keep it off as where just cardio and cutting calories on food you will easily gain it back.
