I see why people don't like working out 3 days of ab routine feels like someone took a sledgehammer to me.

Keep er going man

Dont neglect recovery - rest properly. From any perspective, 3 days in a row of ab workout seems excessive - switch it up, or do a compound movement that involves your core.

3 days in a row of anything will feel like getting hit with a truck


If you can break through the first month of your body freaking out and getting mad saying "wtf are you doing, we like chilling out" it gets better.

Every day it gets a little easier. You have to do it every day, that's the hard part.

Yeah today is a rest day but I'll try to go for a run 2 or 3 miles to keep a routine strong. So my metabolism stays up. It's hard doing anything at 190lbs I want to drop to atleast 175.
