There can be dozens of reasons as to why you’re getting headaches while working out, you should first consult with a doctor.
Perhaps it’s something obvious, how much water are you drinking? How many calories a day are you eating? What temperature environment are you in most of the day? Are you getting headaches during the middle, beginning or end of your workouts? Is it after a heavy set?
Headaches proportional to the intensity
You know how when you lift something heavy you hold your breath and there is a momentary shit ton of pressure in your head from breath holding
I notice if I don't do that it isn't as bad
But in general when the intensity goes up the headaches/head discomfort goes up
Had an mri and other brain scan and everything is normal
