Hello everyone.

I have been training for almost a year, slowly building muscles. I practice 3 times a week, following the push pull legs routine.

My biggest problem today is the abs.
Do you have any advice on how to lose fat from this part and build a 6 pack?

Any tip would be nice.

Thank you.

Just lower your body fat %. Spot training isn’t real.

Lol this was actually a logical thought process 15 years ago!

Advice; six packs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. Sort out your caloric expenditure vs intake, then find out what macro balance works best to help you stay there long enough to see progress. You’ll be addicted to the “annoying details” as soon as you see your first ab showing.

If you haven’t already, stop drinking your calories.

I eat pretty healthy IMO but I will take the advice.

My problem is that I sit 10 hours a day behind a desk... but maybe I have to rework on my meals.

All based on diet and body composition.

Leaness = Abs
