Fuck was I eating too many carbs. Went from a 40/35/25 p/c/f slit to a 40/25/35 and fuck does that feel much better.

Around 260/130/90. Eating 2100 calories to cut right now. 185 trying to look like d**k skin for my island trip in September. Goal of 180 then bulk back to 200

Ah word, then yeh cut the carbs and you should lean out well. As long as you don’t let the fats consumed to be junk calories, ifykwimean.

IMO your protein is too high. You could get away with 200g a day easily and still have enough to support your mass during a cut. Then you’d have room for some good carbs to help you stay satiated and even more energized.

Yeah what this man said. Even though you are on a deficit, eating 30-40 grams of protein per lbs of body weight will help counteract the effects of muscle atrophy.

This will allow you to bump up the carbs a bit, and IMO I would shuttle those for your pre- and post-workout meals
