Anyway, I been doing ATG split squats both with a 135lbs barbell some days and just body weight other days. I love 'em. I like to put my front leg up on a step.
I also watched some Tom Plaatz recently, and although I can't do heavy weight yet due to a bum achilles' I started doing really high reps instead of just 5 to 10. 5 sets of 20 with just 1 plate still feels pretty brutal.
And another thing I recently added to my workouts was trying to deadhang for at least 30 seconds between sets. That grip strength.
I'm seeing a lot of improvement in my reverse nordic. I'll post a video once I complete progression. Right now I use a band to assist and on most days I can go all the way to the ground on the second set.
