Used to lift a bit back in the day, few times I've quit and come back, several months at a time sort of commitment when I was younger.
I then got into martial arts and then the last few years I've just done like walking/nature/odd kayak etc here and there and moderately active work.
Anyway, so me and my girl are now doing more scheduled meal plans, various spiritual practises, outdoor nature stuff and then we are also starting the gym (includes swimming and steam rooms)
Anyone got some recent video they've watched recently to share, or even care to just tell me your gym schedule and I can just edit it to my taste sort of thing? Basically need a refresher lol.
Today I just went for a free pass day, stood around a bit blank minded and did some random ass stuff, was a new gym I've not been to before which added to that.
Rowing machine
Running machine
Pull ups
dips
Lat pulldown
bicep curls
tricep pulldowns
barbelll rows
l/w deadlifts
shoulder press
Did a few sets of this kind of stuff, as above just messing about getting back into moving weight with my body haha.
But yeah so the difference is as well, I'm not too fussed on mad gains or massively inclusive plans and I want to include body weight exercises, like real world body mechanics.
TIA for the info/discussion.
