I'm interested if anyone has at home stretch routines they do that you have found a lot of progress with, I'm specifically looking to work on kick height.

I did karate when I was a kid:
Stretching won't help with kick height as much as kicking itself! Dynamic stretching will be useful, though!
Also, get some bands, stand against the wall and push out your kicks nice and slow and controlled...
You want to train explosiveness, that will get you to the next level of kicking.
