I was on my dead bed, almost every parts of me was broken. I went to see a chyropratician and the doctor for help, never gave up on my own, tryed to help me the best I could.. Now i'm healty.

What have you done?

congrats, I'm glad you're doing well.

I also see a chiro every week, as well as adding in daily mobilization and strengthening (isometrics and very low loading through the ROM I value and know will work) after giving it some rest after the trauma.

I've had some good days and some bad days. The only other step I can take is to have patience. Surgery is the LAST option.

Sorry to hear about your injury,

The best healing power is simply time, time followed by hot/cold treatment filters blood quickly to the muscles/nerves that are damaged.

Hope you the best and wish you a speedy recovery.

i pulled a muscle on my back. i've been taking it easy for the last 3 days.
