Been taking ostarine for 3 weeks but don't notice any difference (or side effects). Interested to hear other people's experiences

Really going to depend on where you get them. Any place with third party testing data for each batch is more reliable. I took osta/card stack twice and noticed a pretty substantial increase in endurance. My lingering rotator cuff pain went away, but did return back to normal after stopping.

If you want to take the sauce, just send it. SARMs are super new and barely studied. With all the normal steroids, you have 60 years worth of data to know what to expect. Also, SARMs effectiveness isn't even in the same ballpark as test or something of that nature.

You want a non-DHT converting anabolic

No results probably from poor diet and training (if the SARM’s are real)

Also, if you’re going to fuck your body up, fuck it up with the real shit. Testosterone is naturally produced by the body. You can run it with zero side-effects, short-term or long-term.

I don't think there's sufficient research. I mean I think at some point you just have to look at what your goals are. It's probably easily achieved without any type of supplemental drug or enchancing drug.

You can work out three days a week and crush a 1400 pound total which puts you in an upper echelon of gym goers and if strength isn't your goal you can stack size with just decent dieting.

No need to put your long term health at risk unless you want to look like a yoked out goon or hit strength peaks that are going to naturally be out of your reach.

If you have goals that dwarf gym goals that would be significantly impaired by health impacts from trying to accelerate to a lessor goal does that really make sense. I think not.

I wouldn't be that dramatic because taking a substance in a controlled way does not necessarily result in damage but you're right when you say not to take bullshit.

OP: Osartine is worst than breast cancer drugs but just for harm reduction talk, since you probably won't stop using it, I would give it more time because 3 weeks is nearly not enough for the effects to take hold.

It sounds to me like this is the type of thing you would combo with BCAAs during cutting to prevent muscle loss. It does not sound like it's anabolic at all.

And during cutting it can interact with other cutting agents like dextro-amphetamine.

It's a bad idea imo.
