Trying to get home workout equipment so far I got two 10 lb dumbells and two 20 lb dumbells. Also got a pullup bar and 15 lb kettlebell. I want a bench to do workouts off of, I'm not sure if I want a adjustable or a regular flat. My budget is only 100$ and I'm worried the adjustable ones on amazon wont be sturdy at all.
Also I heard resistance bands are very good all around workout. I seen on Amazon for 22$ (HPYGN Resistance Bands Set, Exercise Bands with Handles, Ankle Straps, Door Anchor, Carry Bag, Great for Resistance Training, Physical Therapy, Yoga, Home Workouts 10 to 150lbs) would these be good ??
Any insight would be awesome.
