Say you had a 60lb dumbbell on a shoulder and a 70 lb

Will this work on balance and stability or just injure you? Maybe 70 and 60 aren't far enough apart, but I'm wondering about the principle

I do snatch to squat with kbs and dont wanna buy 2 of everything

there's actually a name for holding an off-weight with one hand, and lifting the other, i forget what it's called though

as for lifting two off-weights, it would cause an imbalance in muscle so i def wouldn't recommend it long term if aesthetics are your goal (i highly doubt they arent)

Well i would switch hands. I did farmers walks up the stairs with 62 and 80 lb kettlebells and just switched after 10 or so. Didnt really notice anything
