For benching, i'm currently doing 165, 10-13 reps usually..... Haven't maxed out but the highest i've gone so far is 170.... As for curls, i'm curling 30lb for one arm, swapping between arms, usually around 13 reps.
Wondering if anyone has a plan for me that i can follow... plan/routine/w.e u call it, i can't remember the word for it atm... but i was told i should get one that's rated well.... wondering if anyone would like to help me out.
(Note: I can only do these exercerises as thats' the only equipment i have atm), thanks guys
/edit forgot to say, i weight around 200lb and i'm 5'10..... also i'm looking to get bigger muscles/physique, that's my goal.
