When I eat (I'm doing IF I have lost 210 lbs) I get so tired that it hurts that it is impossible to stay awake I will fall asleep sitting up in a chair/whatever It has always been like this but is getting much worse month by month. I had thought it was from eating large amounts but I have experimented with eating regularly again and it turns out eating anything/smaller amounts will still trigger this effect although not as bad it is still crippling. My father say he thinks I have diabetes??? and that I need to see a doctor. When I first started IF it was very manageable I could drink some coffee and be good to go but as I lost more and more weight it got worse and worse. It's to the point where I don't want to even eat anymore unless I can go to bed for the night. I CANNOT stay awake if I eat
I'm going to go see a doctor I am currently awaiting my benefits from my new job to kick in before I do so. just want some ideas/suggestions thrown at me in the meantime
