Something easy enough for everybody to do

100 push ups
100 sit ups / crunches
15-30 minute run or jog (depending on what is best for you) *walk if you need to*

30 days.
all of these per day.
post your results everyday to show where you are at.

Don't really care much for photo's. Just let me/us know your progress.
Today I did about 80 extended arm push-ups and maybe 40-50 hands under the shoulder push-ups as far as now. I will be doing more.
well above the number of crunches and I added sit-ups.

The running for me is difficult because I'm fucken lazy

I'll be travelling back to ontario in about a week and I plan to hit all my work out routines without delay. (by car, roughly 5 days minimum)
My meals may be fucked up, but I plan to keep my routine.
I will update with my plan as well let you know what I actually do that day.

Nah. I guess if you want to post a before and after photo, that'd be fine.
Or simply let me/us know your daily routine and if you went above or simply didn't do it that day.

My current for push-ups:
15 solid under the shoulder
20 arm extended
15 arm extended
=50
stop take a minute or 2 to breathe

continue with 10 under the shoulder
10 extended

leave rest for night workout to raise my heart rate again.

10-15 (depending how i feel/ capable of) under the shoulder
10-15 more extended arm


If I have not yet hit 100, I do sets of 5 under the shoulder till I have completed the 100
then I max myself out on both types of push-ups.

----not to the point where I am insanely fatigue or sore in the morning because I'll need to do another 70 within 12 hours-----

70 in morning
30+ whatever else I can do at night
