i just tell girls straight out. Sometimes they have a bacteria infection they don't know about and it gets cleaned up easy with antibiotics and smells fresh again. (not an STD) -- usually girls don't get super pissy about it because they would rather know there shit stinks and try to fix it then just not know i would think.
