/edit: IF can help reduce the degree to which your gut is expanded, but that has nothing to do with actual body fat.
what is resistance traning? Could you give me some examples of which i shouljd do?

/EDIT forgot to mention, i'd prefer to lose only stomache fat, i'd like to retain the other weight in my body, mostly upper body i'm concerned about
