Any tips? I'm thinking about going on a no carb/only protein and veggies diet....
anyone have any other tips besides dieting?

Well, given that fat loss isn't sectional, the only way to really "lose" is to be on a deficit. However, doing some resistance training that focus on those areas can help you tighten up...

That's about it.

/edit: IF can help reduce the degree to which your gut is expanded, but that has nothing to do with actual body fat.

what is resistance traning? Could you give me some examples of which i shouljd do? :)








/EDIT forgot to mention, i'd prefer to lose only stomache fat, i'd like to retain the other weight in my body, mostly upper body i'm concerned about :)

lifting weights. if i remember correctly, you don't have enough money to hire a coach. lifting weights incorrectly can injure you, especially for the big exercises that are often recommended (deadlift, back squat). if you're not willing to invest the time/energy to research correct form, you might wanna stick with just eating less.

it takes time, do general working out which can be explained in more detail on youtube, and watch your diet.

start running a lot. easy slow pace is fine

Lots of crunches/situps/leg lifts/etc. pushups, body weight squTs.

Pretty much just follow the dudes thread somewhere below this one he has a challenge going
