Recently lost 70 lbs in about 14 months.

Not exactly happy with how it’s turning out, because there is a bit of loose skin, mainly in the bicep and chest area.

Arm measurement is 18 inches
Chest is 44

I still have a decent amount of fat (don’t know estimated percentage), and I want to cut more, but I’m not sure if because of the tiny bit of loose skin, I should bulk first to fill it out. Any input would be really appreciated

260lbs to 190. I fluctuated between 1-2 pounds per week

Before: 260 lbs

Now: 190lbs today

What's your height? If you're 5"8 or more then you're at a weight that's no longer unhealthy. If I were you I'd be shit scared of getting more loose skin, so I'd stay around the same weight and lift some heavy ass weights to some muscle on...and yes, you can put muscle on staying at the same weight due to the body being in states of calorie deficits and surpluses throughout the day.

The picture links are broken btw

I’m 5 9”

Yeah the loose skin is my worry. It’s weird that it’s on the arms and the chest and not on my belly, and that might be due to me working my core every single day since I started. So are you suggesting eat in maintenance and do heavy lifts, or a very small caloric surplus while doing heavy lifts? Or do I do like quick bulk weeks followed by cut weeks?

I'm suggesting eat at maintenance and do heavy lifts, but that's just my opinion, I'm not speaking from a position of authority or experience, having never encountered this problem personally. My suggestion is derived from the logic of: see what a more lean appearance at a similar weight does to the loose skin, and then re-evaluate what you want to do from that point.

I think I’m gonna bulk for a few months and see where it takes me. Losing the weight was surprisingly easy considering I’ve been a fat fuck most of my life. Can’t hurt

I would never use steroids. I know people that do and the side effects are just not for me

Bulk up - probably a sitting thing to hear after losing so much weight, but put on some muscle. Lift heavy and get swole my man.

Lol

Start lifting weights and fill loose skin with muscle

If you’re still unhappy with it later get it surgically removed

If he’s unhappy with that little bit of loose skin, than fuk.

You look great man, just start lifting and get stronk. I used to weigh 400 lbs, the amount of loose skin on me is terrible, you’re not bad at all.

Work hard m8
