so i'm reading here where the forearm is supposed to be vertical:

just find what works for you, if your putting your forearms at an angle like Starting Strength says just make sure you don’t exaggerate it and make it into a JM press.

Overthinking it. Biggest point from the video is making sure you push up and back at an angle rather than just straight up
