6'5 190 lbs.

Looking to gain muscle and become lean. Not trying to become massive.

Looking for good protein and vitamin recommendations.

Looking for good meals ideas for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Chicken breast slice thin

Dip in eggs scrambled up in bowl

Roll around in parmesan cheese

Pour spaghetti sauce over it

Bake in oven


Eat with bread, rice, or potato

Just eat Whole Foods man not processed chit.

I’d keep carbs high, protein moderate, and fats low (but make sure you’re not cutting fat out completely it is essential for hormones)
