Doubt anyone here knows the actual answer to this, but besides the obvious of it being tougher to track progress, would put bodies be able to bulk one day, then cut the next?

AKA bulking on 300 calories/day @3,300 calories, Friday and Saturday you miss calories and only consume 2,700 would you then go into fat loss "mode" for those 2 days, but muscle building the rest of the days?

How about rather than focusing on the smallest details, you focus on keeping your skinny Asian ass in the gym rather than drinking benders and your clear lack of common hygiene?

That’s not bulking or cutting.. Bulking is going into a caloric surplus to gain weight.. Cutting is the opposite..

People do that when they count weekly calories rather than daily calories.

brandon carter youtuber talked about doing 2 week bulks , 2 week cuts and saying he feels better that way rather then the long bulks then cut phases. look it up if ur interested

Probably easier for your body to build muscle with a a surplus over an extended period rather than short period. Feel like you’d essentially be doing a maintenance diet if you did what you said and it’d be a slow composition reform. Unsure tho
