Doubt anyone here knows the actual answer to this, but besides the obvious of it being tougher to track progress, would put bodies be able to bulk one day, then cut the next?
AKA bulking on 300 calories/day @3,300 calories, Friday and Saturday you miss calories and only consume 2,700 would you then go into fat loss "mode" for those 2 days, but muscle building the rest of the days?
