Tried making a thread on reddit and remembered why I fucking hate it over there
I was wondering if anyone else takes turmeric? The capsules I have are 600 MG Turmeric, 50 MG of curcuminoids, and 5 MG of black pepper extract per capsule.
I take on capsule every other day for joints health and what not for lifting.
My question is, does anyone take it every day? I've read taking it every day is not a good idea, that's why i space it out. But idk what to believe in these studies... it's like the eggs study, how they're like one year they're bad for you and then the next year they're like, wait jk they're good...
