Have you tested your testosterone levels? What is your height/weight? Fat %? How long you've been training and what kind of weights you are moving?

There's no way to raise your testosterone levels to subnatural levels. Unless they are terribly low, it doesnt make a huge difference whether they are at the middle of the scale or at the top.

Stuff like vitamin d, zink and magnesium can help a bit. And if training hard its propably a good idea to supplement them regardless.

Nothing is going to drastically alter your test levels with the exception of booze.

E: nothing FOOD wise

what's low tier? Are you in therapeutic range? If not, go do trt.. low test innit nuffin to fuck with, and if your body isnt producing adequate amounts than you'll see definite benefits of trt.
