Whats your opinion about coffee after/before the gym? (Weight lifting) -- clean workout without any kind of cheat except creatine and protein powder :)

Honestly, theres been so many studies in regards to coffee and health consequences/health benefits.
Tons of conflicting information.

I love my black coffee. Not worth going without it. I think other parts of my life would suffer, such as work performance.

And, it might help some people feel a little more energized and get in a better workout.
I drink mine post-gym just before going into work.

I feel like it's such a minor thing in the world of fitness where overall consistency is going to be the way of reaching your goals.
