Which is easier? Regular bench press or incline bench press? Which can you use more weight?
Say i'm doing 165lb for incline bench press, how much should i be doing for regular bench press?
And roughly how much should i be doing for army press/overhead press, or w/e it's called?

Thanks guys

Incline bench press is "harder"--aka you will be able to complete less weight on incline than on flat bench. Your second question is a bit arbitary--pick a challenging, but safe weight and stay consistent.

typically you will bench more on flat bench than you do on incline. I have met like 3 people who are opposite and that's mainly due to their preference of hitting incline more and just not training flat.
amount, will vary on you.

for your military press, or overhead press if that's what you're referring to, weight is again going to be dependent on you. Just because you bench 165 on incline for whatever reps and sets, doesn't mean there's a magic formula that you should be OHP .75x incline weight

just fight a weight that works for you
