Hello health and fitness! wow long time eh? anyone remember me? i used to lurk these parts and what not.

i can't find any of my old threads but i had lost alot of weight 240lbs to 170lbs (i weight 160 now)

i went from noob to novice. got hurt doing the wrong stuff in the gym starting off the first year (muscle spasms, inflammation) so i started learning as much as a good while earning my certification through the American academy of personal training (AAPT). its a very good certification if anyone in the states or new york city is interested in s NASM or the others.

i've been a personal trainer for quite some time for about 6 years. learned a lot on my own and through experience. worked at a gold's gym and a LA Fitness over the years but left because most corporate gyms take advantage of the trainers. LA fitness wasn't bad actually they kept feeding me clients but i found the gym so poorly maintained it made it hard for me to do my job. weights never in place, dirty AF. so i left and have been training at a private studio. its better for me now but so hard to get clients because its kinda hidden and small but at least i keep all that i earn.

I really just focus on eating healthy and doing full body workouts every other day. maybe i do some upper/lower/rest/full body/rest/fullbody/rest . it depends on my mood and my time and what i feel i need to focus on.

I just wanted to pop in and say hello! tell you all that this place was so much fun and sometimes a great learning tool for me sometimes believe or not lol. gamers make the best fitness enthusiasts. with our will to finish everything to perfection. we always wanna win because we are winners! investing in your health is the best investment. you even see and track your growth over time.

my goal is to be as healthy as possible so i can attempt to pass down as much knowledge because knowledge is power and when one teaches, two learn.

i hope everyone has been drinking plenty of fresh fruit and veggie juices as well as enjoying as much fresh fruits and salads they can eat. remember guys you are what you eat so eat radiant beautifully vibrant food, and eat it in abundance to no end.

i really love eating fresh fruits and vegetables eating more of them was the best choice i've ever made in my life and i encourage all of you to try the endless varieties and ways to prepare these foods! right off the tree is obviously the best way.

one of the best foods to eat are sprouts they're easy to grow in home , as well as highly nutritious. throw them in a salad or smoothies ;) hemp seeds are awesome also. you can sprout lentils and chickpeas and other beans. they become easier to digest and they are fresh and living vs boiled and cooked. just a different and more nutrious way to eat the same foods.
