If you aren’t taking enough protein in for a long period of time, you won’t be able to work out.. Go look at a picture of a starving person with the big belly.. Youll have no focus, no energy, than develop anemia and begin third spacing.
It’s neary impossible for someone who doesn’t live in extreme poverty to not receive enough protein.
E: and that guy gets plenty of protein, just from different sources
