So... I've basically been really inactive for a long time. I stopped working out for like... a year +

Would it be bad to start exercising again with HIIT?

Might overheat your neural circuitry if you overdo it

Am I going to die and have a heart attack or what. Lol. I literally haven't been physically active in quite a while aside from normal life.

HIIT is great for burning cals/fat, I know that. I just didn't know if I should be like worried about over exerting myself at first or something.

Unless you have a medical condition that you haven't made note of here, you should be clear for sub to maximal training. This is provided you aren't obese or have injuries.

Normal life he says...what does normal life mean? Gotta be less vague if you want a proper answer.

srs note: you may feel like you’re going to die, but no, you won’t. HIIT and LISS are both good.
