Would you consider this deloading? I’m debating on whether I should properly program a deload OR if my first week into my next wave is good enough.

Main movement “sbd” 75% 7x3
Same accessory movements, just lighter weights for 3x10-12.

Would depend on the level of fatigue coming in but 21 reps at 75% isn't much of a deload. Would go 50-55%.

Might as well just go full at that point.

My preference to still do the motions. I could just stretch each day and so some motions that are similar with bands and be fine as well.

I have an office job and doing little to nothing for a week is no good.

nah

Reduce weight by 10%

Reduce volume by 50%

That will still be a very easy session

That’s what I mean, I have little to no physical fatigue and I’m keeping up with my linear progression.

I'm gonna level with you boys...I don't even know what deloading is.

Is it a sexual thing? (I feel like it's a sexual thing)

Deloading is when you give cranking it in the sauna a break.
