Yes, rest, lay off the training, take some pain medications if you're healthy and don't have any chronic illnesses. You should be good to go in a week or two. Stretch your abs but not through the pain.
Consult your doctor if it goes worse or doesn't get better at all in a week.

I dont think its anything crazy just overstretched. Sucks but w.e., I'm trying to really target areas that I never stretch. Next time I'll have to just do an easy steady stretch
