Hey guys I'm looking for delicious (mostly healthy but not necessarily healthy) meal options that won't leave me starving or malnourished. What do you guys eat every week?

tuna melts are easy and nutritious- geroge foreman or in a pan


easy staple i use is throwing a lb of ground beef in a pan with chicken stock, various vegetables (whatever you like), and rice, beans, corn, or potatoes (whatever you like) for a carb source


ground beef in a pan and add ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions. top with cheese, tomatoes, etc. like a cheeseburger. sounds weird but its good. can add rice or potatoes for carbs

tuna is shit just eat chicken/red meat + rice/potatos for protein and carbs then add in nuts/fruit/veg/sauces/spices for whatever else you need nutrient/variety wise

also stay way from supplements they will ruin you

Thanks sounds good. I just get so tired of eating the same things all the time, and all the google searches aren't really inspiring me very much :P Anyone else have some cool ideas?
