Hey guys/girl
i'm curently at the highest pound that i've ever been and i'm kinda tired of it

I'm a man 6''5 at 320 pounds and i'd like to drop back at 260-250 where i usually were
i know i can lose it but i dont wanna " suffer from the loose skin "

so if you guys have any tips about what to do/not do to lose skin without have a loose skin

what i was planning to do as training
30-45 min cardio
30-45 min weight

and ofc reducing my eating portion

Your expectations are unrealistic.
You're also setting up limitations based off of something out of your control.

That’s not a controllable variable.. When you lose a great amount of weight, you’ll have loose skin.

Add collagen, MSM, lot of vit C and use some body lotions. Don't lose much weight, try to aim for max 1.5-2 lbs/week (rather 1.5 than 2) and drink of plenty of water. I was afraid of loose skin, I still have some but not much luckily and people telling me they can't even see. I can, but well, I'm very detailed person lol.

the only way to lose lots of weight without loose skin is water fasting

major life hack people are too scared to utilise
