I'm running my first half marathon in one month.
I haven't done any marathon specific training ever, but I run and bike a few times a week.
Every night I run the same 1.5 - 2 mile loop at a 7:30 pace and I don't smoke. I've ran a handful of timed 5k's this summer, I've done a sprint triathlon, and I've done a 30 mile bike race.
Does anyone have any tips on a 4 week plan for a half marathon?
Today is September. 7th and the half marathon is on October. 7th.
