I have been going to the gym for a couple of years now 3/4 times a week but it is getting pretty stale. So I decided to pick up boxing, now this would mean I will workout less. My routine went from 3/4 times a week to two times boxing and 1/2 times a regular workout with weights. My question is do you still build muscle with the stuff I do ( boxing bag, some cardio/technique/sparring). Or are there exercises I can do to not lose muscle? thanks in advance
