liver is like a multvitamin but i only eat it once a week or two because it's disgusting. i try not to eat potatoes cuz they fuck with my stomach. the orange juice is rare.
disgestive issues. only things that seem not to aggravate them are meats. but cant get all my nutrients. also i need carbs for exercise + sleeping. tried keto multiple times for months at a time and i always feel like shit
