What is your meal plan for cutting?
Anybody got any ideas?

I had a few, worked decently. I would like to find another to cut faster.
Took me 3 weeks to lose 9 lbs.

I currently weigh 175
I'm 5'11" (178cm)
Not sure exactly on my current fat % is.
I find I have too much stomach and chest fat

Does anybody have anything specific to their meal plan?
I placed myself on a diet not really hindering much.
Depending on the day and what I was doing during it. 1400-2200 Cal's intake.
Looking for good yet inexpensive meal plans.

What was your starting weight and what kind of diet?
That is a lot of weight to lose if you are small.

I'm obviously not small, but I'm no 400 pounder either.

Eat eggs, cheese, beef, a little chicken, spinach, romaine, vitamins, lots of water with electrolytes to beat the keto flu.

I usually make meat salads with spinach or romaine, or occasionally eat "fiber" wraps with home made taco seasoned meat, cheese, sour cream, etc...I weigh everything very specifically and count it all. I even indulge in some Tito's every now and then when I have a good week. Helps me start a plateau and then break it.

Edit: Dropped more than 15% of my bodyweight in 10 weeks to give some perspective.
Edit 2: Measured ranch dressing for my taco salads, no sugar added ketchup and avacado oil mayo for the special sauce on my burger salads.

How much meat do you add to your meal and is that in every meal or specifically dinner and lunch? Eggs in morning?
Did you get training before hand? Or have help meal preping?
Also congrats on the loss of 48.5lbs. It's hard to lose at a heavy weight. (Hard to get into the groove)
I tend to not have a cheat day until I am 3 months in or else I lose my diet..I don't just have a bowl of chips. I eat the damn bag.

I tend to cut as much bread and starches from my diet as possible for cutting. A lot of water based foods.
