My upper legs are noice and juicy from sumos and low bar squats, but my lower quads (near the knees) are lacking hard.

Pls gimme best exercises for em

E/ just wanna build size, I'll do these leg exercises 2x a week after squats

Pls no more skwots, already got low bar ones 2x a week and my form for front/high bar squats is piss cuz my ankle dorsel fins are terrible

ty men, wot do u think of sissy squats just heard of em today, literally never seen anybody do em before.

Needs weighted lunges, be it barbell or dumbbells =)

lunges are worse than ebola, i haaaated doing em so much. :(

I really enjoyed hack squats on the machine, but my gym doesn't have one and the barbell one always clips my hamstrings on the way up.

Sissy squats are nice I have to use a plate under my feet (I wear flat shoes)

Just go really slow negative (3-5 sec) high rep after your leg day or add them in whenever.

I’d try throwing whatever you do for lower quads in at the beginning of your workout so you can give 100% if you aren’t noticing anything by throwing them in at the end. A lot of people can’t get calves to grow and do it after they’re fatigued at the end of their workout. Hit ‘em first and see how it goes!

Naww I've just never trained em. My lower body built only by low bar squats, and sumo pulls.

I'll just throw em in at the end, not sacrificing my squat #s! Do you just do body weight ones?
