Sissy squats are nice I have to use a plate under my feet (I wear flat shoes)
Just go really slow negative (3-5 sec) high rep after your leg day or add them in whenever.
I’d try throwing whatever you do for lower quads in at the beginning of your workout so you can give 100% if you aren’t noticing anything by throwing them in at the end. A lot of people can’t get calves to grow and do it after they’re fatigued at the end of their workout. Hit ‘em first and see how it goes!
