so i was trimming apple trees a week or so ago. was usng 2 hand cutters, kinda like big wire cutters but for trees.

For thicker branches i would put one of the handles on my chest/pec area and pull with both hands. Ended up feeling a sharp pain one time and ever since then it's hurt when i breathe deep, cough, or push on the spot.

been going on for a week or so now :/
