You also didn't state what your goal weight/bf% is...
Btw iirc, Raynor is a trauma surgeon, it may take a couple of weeks before he comes back on to reply, but aside from him no one else is really going to give you a workout and diet plan for free.
In the meantime you can look into a U/L program online and make a 500 deficit to your TDEE to start losing weight.
Don't be lazy, google what those things mean and educate yourself.
