Sabos Powerlifters, they were 70 bucks and they’re fantastic.

If you have money, I’d go with Nike Romaleos 3.

I use converse and I like them.

They’re like 40 bucks

Barefoot deadlifts

Some ppl like chucks



Adidas adipowers are good for squatting. I haven’t used anything else so hard to compare

Literally bought a pair of casual flat Nike shoes for like 50, 8 years ago.

Spilt the toe from the sole playing basketball, still use them for the gym.

I typically go barefoot but i have to lift at the air force base here and they cry about it 🙄
