Take a cheat day.
Puke afterwards so your body will reject the food next time.

How long has it been? It took me almost 2 months of not eating shit before the cravings were gone. The first week is the hardest
puke is a no go.
been eating a lot better for 2-3 months. just kind of got tired of what im eating as its pretty much all the same.
i ended up just eating a ton of bad shit that day and havent had a bad craving for it since.

Depends how recent. If you literally just started you probably shouldn't be "cheating" already because you want to make it a habit.
If you have self control, then cheating every so often isn't the worst. You can even just have smaller portions cause the first few bites of w/e are the best tasting anyways lol
All together you'd be eating healthier than you were and still make some progress. I recommend to just find different things you like to avoid those foods, but as long as the majority of the time you're eating good you should be fine.
(at least to start) - if you are looking to get SUPER shredded or w/e than obv that's different but you'll certainly make progress still eating less than you were
ye i think im going to do to do a cheat day.
but thing i really need to do is figure out more foods to eat/make.
