Would anyone recommend trying this?

Decent sized breakfast in the morning pre workout - rest of the day nothing but shakes bcaas and aminos. Biggest goal i'm worried about right now is weight loss / cutting.

No.

You'd lose weight yes, but you'd lose a significant portion of whatever muscle mass you have as well. But if the end goal is just drop lbs at whatever cost, yes it'd work.

I have alot of muscle mass, Flatbench 315 , Military press 245 for reps , preacher curled 170 3x the other day etc. I mean, I could lose a little mass and not really worry to much about it. But is it going to be a DRASTIC decrease?

I weigh 307 pounds right now, I'd say roughly 260 of that is solid muscle, I'm 6 foot 5, and look just a tiny bit chubby.

You’re not 260 of “solid muscle” with a 315 bench.
