Was overhead pressing 105, and on the extension near the top I was feeling a tiny twinge, but just ignored it for my first set. 2nd set I grab the bar and get instant pain in that area just from grabbing the bar.

If you hold your right arm out, palm up its that tendon in between the elbow and that little nub to the left on the underside of the arm. It doesn't hurt at all or bother me when relaxed, but gripping the bar or using any resistance hurts.

Best thing for this just ice and rest?

oh, got any fix for it? And why it happened when I was ohping/how to avoid it in the future?
