anyone have a good website that can explain about what and when your body needs certain foods? or nutrients and what kind?

i have a lot of questions and idk just lmk if any of you know of a FACT based website thats really informative i feel as if everytime i try to look up anything nutrition related there ar emore times than not MANY different answers that come up that are conflicting

like breakfast for instance should you or should you NOT eat breakfast? fasting is good correct? so only eating everyday from like 1pm-6pm would be ideal? or harmful?

Whats your goal? It varies per person.

If i didnt have breakfast i would passout during my workouts. Literally. 4.5k calories a day isnt easy to do in 6 hours

my goal is to just be healthy....not looking to be ripped or anything like that i just want to be healthy

currently i dont eat anything at all until around 1-2pm each day and i usually eat my last meal of the day at 8ish
but there are many contradicting things so im confused as to what FACTUALLY good and or bad for you.

ill tell you that nutritional science is shit in its current state so good luck trying to find the answers you want at a layman level. fasting is fine if youre looking to reduce caloric intake, its not ideal if youre looking to add muscle mass just because its hard to squeeze the same amount of calories into a small window without causing stomach upset, bloat, acid reflux etc. if you have questions you can ask and i will try to answer
