Has been a while since I have been focused on, well, anything but work. Got caught in the 14 to 16 hour work days and motivation slacked and lost all my progress.
About 145, or maybe closer to 140, at around 12-14%bf. Have just been doing calisthenics with no lifting.
Whats the hnf recommendation to min-max for a beginner?
I'm a cook, so I'm ready for that sweet delicious bulk.
