Hey guys,
I am a 20 year old guy from the Netherlands, i am currently 1,73m tall and i weigh about 88 kilogram.
I recently found out i got anterior pelvic tilt and i am going to the physiotherapist for it.
Now i really want to start losing some weight and start building up some muscle.

Also i am not wealthy but still would like to eat healthy.

Also i bought whey protein shakes. i would like to drink 1 of them each day (3 scoops of that stuff + 250ml of water) is this good?
my overal goal is just to get fit. maybe a bit muscalry but noting to much

also 3 scoops is NOT going to mix wel with 250 mls of water. Youl have much better luck doubling that. 500-600 ml. I like to split it 50/50 with milk for taste + some more calories
